2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

• Prices may change if the property condition or requested services differ from the original quote.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• If we arrive at your property and cannot perform the service due to locked gates, pets, or other obstacles, a service fee may still apply.

• Services may be rescheduled by us in the event of severe weather or unsafe working conditions.

4. Payments

• Payments can be made by cash, check, or approved electronic methods.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for clearing personal items, toys, and obstacles from the lawn before service.

• The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

6. Liability

• While we take care to avoid damage, Ewig Lawn Care LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden objects, or damages caused by items left in the yard.

• We are fully insured for accidents directly resulting from our work.

7. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate ongoing services at any time with written notice.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
